Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University (93) and Master in Market Research and Strategic Marketing from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris (00).
Carlos is Director in Knowledge Investors (2005) and Marketing Director in The Knowledge Agents Alliance KAA (2013), companies specialized in the implementation of different innovation programs: open innovation, agile innovation and corporate venturing.
He started his career in this field of innovation in 2003, advising university spinoffs with a scientific-technological base. Since then, he has collaborated with nearly 100 startups in multiple sectors (health, agriculture, education, etc.) and has participated in multiple technology transfer processes in which his contribution has focused mainly on the maturation of business models and of the marketing and commercial processes, and in the preparation for investment processes.
Since 2014, he has also joined as an investor and as Non-Executive Director in different startups in the agritech sectors, scientific software for the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector.
